Overall Description of the issue and Affected Services:
We are currently experiencing an issue with Shopify where our on site modules are not able to identify the logged in customer.

Business Impact: - Customers cannot make redemptions - Customers cannot complete campaigns that require manual input on the earning points module such as code entry, social media share/visit, or enter birthday - Customers cannot check their points balance
Points for purchases and order processing is still functioning normally on Shopify
