On August 24, between 16:21 - 16:34 (UTC) Yotpo L&R services were intermittently having connection issues, our Engineering teams worked quickly to restore the connection and all services are up and running since 16:34 (UTC)

Business impact:

- No login to L&R admin
- Modules and Widgets failed to load
- Data sent to L&R API endpoints might have failed during this timeframe

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our Engineering teams are working constantly to enhance our availability.
